"2 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom. Basic but well kept property. Includes continental breakfast. Being a university dorm room it becomes unavailable to rent from August to May as students occupy the premises. Easy walking distance to downtown Charlottetown so you don't need to drive and worry about parking. There's plenty of space in the parking lot opposite Glendenning Hall."
