Royalty Roo's is a beautiful, newly built 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in a tranquil Charlottetown neighbourhood, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience for families or groups exploring Prince Edward Island. Just minutes from downtown and the island’s most beloved attractions, this spacious retreat provides a peaceful haven after days filled with adventure.

The main level welcomes you with a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen features a walk-in pantry and large refrigerator, making it easy to store groceries and prepare meals. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen—perfect for freshening up after beach days. This level also includes two serene bedrooms: a primary suite with a Queen bed, workspace, and ensuite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with another Queen bed and easy access to a full bathroom.

Downstairs, the lower level offers additional space to unwind and play. A bright family room includes games and toys to keep children entertained, while two more bedrooms—one with a Double bed and another with two Single beds—provide flexible sleeping arrangements. A third full bathroom sits conveniently between them.

Close to everything

Great property beautifully done very clean. Short drive to golf courses and minutes from shopping and restaurants and under 10 minutes from the airport. Great location .
