"Such a lovely cozy apartment to make a home base for the 2 of us. A stocked kitchen, a place to hang my clothes, a great living area to hang out at the end of the night, and a comfy place to sleep. Yes, there are stairs up to the entrance but that shouldn’t be a deterrent because once you get your luggage up they really don’t feel like a big deal. I only hope we get the chance to stay here again."

"Everything was very good until we came home on our last day there and found a bag was missing. We contacted the front desk and they advised us that they would contact housekeeping and get back to us. After about 45 minutes of waiting and receiving no news, we asked to speak to the hotel manager. The desk clerk told us that he wasn't on the premises but that he would email him. About half an hour later, we were asked to come to the front desk to claim our bag. Long story short, we got it back, but only after we asked to speak to the manager. Where was it in the meantime, and why was it removed from our hotel room? Not good"
