"Trash experience staff has no clue what they are doing. The pool was filthy and the pillows are absolute garbage. Worst sleep i have had in a long time. I want a refund this is trash"

"The room was clean and had lots of pillows, albeit half-size. The breakfast bar was small but tasty. We did have an issue with wifi, but it was resolved. The bathroom was clean and extra towels were available with a quick call to the desk. I would definitely book in again."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable…but there was no coffee in the room. This is a big negative for me. I don’t want to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get coffee in the morning."
