Welcome to your happy place on Lake Norman!

Step into lake life and feel the stress fade away the moment you arrive. This beautifully remodeled cottage sits on a wide, peaceful waterfront lot perfect for room to roam, kids to play, and families to truly unplug and reconnect.

Designed for easy, comfortable stays, the home sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two beds, plus two full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax.

Life here is meant to be lived outdoors. Start slow with morning coffee on the private deep-water pier, soak up the sunshine on the floating dock, or curl up with a book in the shaded seating area. Bring your own boat or jet ski (ramps are just minutes away!) or rent from Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals and turn every day into a lake adventure.

Inside, the bright and open living space brings everyone together whether you’re cooking meals in the refreshed kitchen, sharing laughs at the table, or winding down after a sun-filled day on the water. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Adventure is included and waiting:

• 1 tandem kayak
• 1 kids’ kayak
• 1 stand-up paddleboard

Paddle through the quiet cove, splash around near the dock (approximately 15 ft deep), or simply float the day away. As the sun sets, fire up the grill for a relaxed lakeside dinner, then gather around the fire pit (firewood included!) for s’mores, stories, and stargazing family memories guaranteed.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property on Lake Norman. The view is gorgeous, the kitchen well stocked and everything was spotless. The property manager is super nice and checked with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved it as soon as we walked in! Very clean and bright. The lake view was beautiful and quiet. Nice deck and dock. We used the fiepit also. The kitchen had everything we needed. The home is immaculate and stocked with so many necessities that I didn't even have to bring all of the items I did. I wasn't sure what they would have there for our stay but they had back up toiletries if we needed them, spices for cooking, small appliances (so glad they had a blender), food storage items like foil and plastic wrap, and so much more. They had tons of games to play if you wanted to, and a smart TV with all the apps you could want. On top of all that, the home was well decorated with taste, and by a person who had a clear understanding of interior design. The private dock was great, and the grounds were stunning. Tons of birds, fish jumping out of the water, geese, and wonderful shade trees. We will be back.

Lovely Home and Peaceful Stay

We loved this home! Perfect for a memorial weekend stay with friends. This home has everything you could need and is just minutes from Publix. It was very clean and Greg was amazing with checking in and answering any questions we had. Thank you for such a wonderful space to share with friends. Hopefully we will be able to book again!

Perfect Lake Getaway

The property is well stocked and well maintained, with everything you could imagine for an adventure at the lake. The owners have a variety of outdoor activities including yard games, grill, kayaks and paddle board, lily Pad float, fire pit and more. We loved sitting in the lawn and listening to the birds in the morning and playing outside all day. Great place and great hosts.

Home away from home

We did a sisters’ weekend at Gregg’s property and it was marvelous. Owner was quick to respond to all questions, beds were very comfortable and house was spotless. We have several in the group who have allergies and the home was clean and pet free and smoke free. We used the kayaks on hand and it was fun to paddle in the calm lake. Location is very convenient near a lot of shops.

Great Lake Norman Cabin

Memorable, relaxing stay

We had a fantastic time. The house had absolutely everything we needed and a backyard to spend memorable time in. The house was super clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the kayaks, learned paddle bording (or tried), caught big fish right from the deck, cooked smores at the fire, and watched the boys play solo in the water while the sun set. Perfect family get-away

We had a perfect lake vacation at this property. It was a terrific location for swimming, boating, kayaking and fishing. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Also the location was convenient to the grocery store and restaurants!

This house is beautifully updated. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the covered deck over the water.. Even managed to catch some nice catfish right from the dock! Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful home in a great location!

Lovely home on the lake with all the amenities. We enjoyed relaxing at the fire pit, going kayaking, and spending time down at the picnic table by the lake. The location is ideal: Publix grocery store as well as several restaurants are located a mile or so away. Greg was very friendly and communicative. We look forward to staying here again.

Little slice of heaven

From check in to check out our stay was amazing! Hosts were great and responsive. The house was spotless clean and had anything and everything you could possibly need. Great stay on Drena Drive

We are repeat visitors to this location and are already planning a return trip next summer. The owners are great hosts and the house meets every need, fully stocked kitchen, close to grocery store and restaurants, quiet side of the lake… The property is large and clean with a super shoreline and nice dock. It is peaceful and welcoming. And…we even caught a few nice fish, right from the dock.

Great place, great time!

My family enjoyed our stay very much! The house was super clean and full of everything we needed for our stay. We used the kayaks on the very quiet and peaceful lake a couple times, we had a fire and made s’mores, we played corn hole, we watched movies and sat on the deck with the retractable awning. It was really nice and we plan to return next fall.
