Everything is always amazing. I stay there every yr in March and I went down for 1 day to attend the game. The only thing was I should have been notified that there was a 100 dollar fee for dogs. Our room was clean no issues with the dog.

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
Charging the guests $16 for parking is ridiculous. The construction and not having more access to get to the rooms was also a bit aggravating. We didn't try the breakfast bar or regular bar.
