Guest access:
Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Interaction with guests:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

Pets Are NOT Allowed
Pets are not permitted at this property. If a pet or any evidence of a pet is found, a $150 fee per pet will be charged.

Smoke-Free Property
This is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $300 fine will be assessed for any in-room smoke evidence. Smoking must take place at least 10 feet away from the building.

Luggage Drop-Off
Complimentary luggage drop-off may be available for early arrivals or late departures, provided the home is unoccupied and clean the night before arrival or after departure. Advance notice of at least 24 hours is required to confirm availability.

Noise Notice
This home is located in a lively downtown neighborhood near King Street's dining and nightlife. City noise may be heard and should be expected as part of the urban experience.

A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

Refunds will not be issued for noise typical of the area.

Booking acknowledges acceptance of this city environment and potential ambient noise.

Issue Resolution Policy
Guests are expected to provide the opportunity to resolve any concerns during their stay. Refunds will not be issued for issues raised after checkout or if resolution efforts are refused.

Utility Outage Policy
Refunds are not provided for utility outages or service interruptions beyond our control.

Weather Considerations
As many Charleston homes are historic and designed for a subtropical climate, extreme cold may affect water temperature and heating.

Cleaning and Damage
Excessive mess or damage requiring additional cleaning after checkout may result in a fee equal to the standard cleaning cost.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to the cancellation terms selected at the time of booking. No exceptions will be made.

Hurricane & Extenuating Circumstances Policy

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of South Carolina for our area during your stay, a full refund will be provided.

If no order is issued, the standard cancellation policy remains in effect, regardless of external weather conditions.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially during hurricane season.
