    Welcome to The Coral, a beautifully designed four-story residence located in the heart of downtown Charleston. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of historic Charleston charm and modern city living.



    The Space:

    Welcome to The Coral, a multi-level rental designed for comfort and convenience. The first floor features a welcoming entryway with easy access to the rest of the home.



    On the second level, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living room—perfect for gathering, cooking, and relaxing together.



    All bedrooms are thoughtfully located on the third and fourth floors, offering added privacy and a quiet retreat separate from the main living and entertaining spaces.

    Bedroom 3: 2 Full Size beds; 4th floor

    Guest Access:

    🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

    We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

    Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

    ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

    ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

    ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

    ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



    🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

    Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

    🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

    ⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

    ⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

    ⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
