Hosts very easily accessible and helpful. Home very cozy and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and ubered to local restaurants and shops and the beach. Had a great girls trip and would highly recommend.
This property is in the perfect location to walk to neighborhood restaurants, coffee, etc. My four girlfriends and I really enjoyed our long weekend there!
Myself and 4 of my best friends stayed here on our annual girls' trip. It was a great location near King Street and the apartment was perfect for our trip!
Property was located where we could walk to a lot of places. We felt safe walking around at anytime during the day and the inside of the property was very well kept.

This property was very nice, beds comfy and the kitchen though we didn’t need it was well stocked. We had to drive to everything we wanted to do, walkable it is but a long distance, not just a few blocks.
We couldn’t stay the entire time of our reservation due to Hurricane Debby but we felt safe and the place was nice and modern

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for a downtown wedding weekend. We were able to walk to many things. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The property manager was very responsive when we weren't able to connect to WiFi.
We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The amenities were good, and it was very clean. The location was great and within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the parking situation. There are spots designated for each unit, but it is not enough room. We had to constantly work with the guests in other units to move vehicles. The parking spaces can only accommodate small vehicles and even that is tight. Luckily, all the guests were nice and friendly and worked together on the parking spaces, but this was a headache dealing with this every day.
The property is in a great location and matched the description online. The managers were very responsive to a few questions we asked. We would rent again if we travel again to Charleston.
Our group of three friends stayed here and the property was clean and located in a safe area that was close for walking around. The parking is tight as described and large SUV's should NOT be parking in the spaces but the parking is truly the only complaint. Would stay again!
Perfect home base for our family trip to Charleston. Super clean and comfortable space. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Assigned parking spot was too tight for our suv but street parking pass was provided with the unit so not an issue.
We were four friends spending time together in Charleston. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The photos are accurate. We were able to easily get to all of our sites and locations. We mostly walked and used the free DASH bus service. The condo was clean, updated and quiet. The owners responded immediately and followed up to be sure that we were satisfied.
Great sized apartment for a larger group of people with plenty of room. At no point did we feel cramped or that there wasn’t enough space. Conveniently located within walking distance of King st. and many other great locations.
We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rental was very clean and well prepared with crisp fresh sheets in the bedrooms and plenty of towels. Both bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly and concerns were handled immediately. The only things we feel future guests should be aware of are that the parking is very tight and can be a bit tricky and the unit is located on the second floor, which was not clearly indicated in the listing. It also would be helpful to have a few more places to hang towels or clothes in the bedrooms. Overall, though we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
I have no complaints about this property! We had a great time and the space is beautiful. The parking space is really tight but I was warned about that and there are a few stairs if you have some physical challenges. Otherwise, perfect!
Loved our stay at this fully renovated building. Could not have been more comfortable or enjoyable apartment on second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we could need for our stay, beds were comfortable. Parking can be an issue if you have a large suv. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Good instructions for checking in. Had all we needed. Apartment was clean and beds comfy. We didn’t have a car and it was about 1 to 2 miles walking distance to main downtown areas. Uber typically a $10-$12 ride if you don’t want to walk. Enjoyed our stay here!
Although, we were informed by an Uber driver, the two years ago the neighborhood this houses in would not have been safe, we found the direct opposite to be true. Not only was the unit, beautiful and spotlessly clean, there were bars and restaurants with a short walking distance, and if you don’t feel like walking complete downtown, Ubers are always available. Definitely a place I would pick again on my next trip to Charleston.
I stayed for my bachelorette weekend and it comfortably fit 6 of us. It is a very cute apartment decorated nicely. spacious for the 6 of us and the two bathrooms. it was clean and easy to check in to. the only downside is we had to take Ubers to get closer to town. otherwise i would recommend.
