1250 SF. The bedrooms (and full bathrooms)are private and are located on opposite sides of the single floor unit . Nice size great room, gas fireplace , smart t v with cable(local and national programs)breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is the 1st floor of a duplex .(insulated between floors).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 4 miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The only disappointment was there was no grill as advertised. Contacted property manager and she responded within a reasonable time frame. The place was spotless and well maintained. We would highly recommend this place to 2 couples looking a nice place to stay.

Came into town for a weekend wedding. The host was very nice and quick to reply to questions. The property was very nice, clean and welcoming. The location for our event was perfect. Price was very very reasonable. If you need a great place to stay this is it!!

Visit to James Island for Holiday Festival of Lights

The property is in an excellent location. Close to downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, and County Parks. Many restaurants within walking distance. Bonus a park just a few houses awayaway!

JUST SIMPLY PERFECT

Stayed with sister and brother-in-law and the setup was separately spaced perfectly! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided! It was truly an amazing experience.My only suggestion: possibly a full-length mirror on a wall which would be accessible to both bedrooms.We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend when visiting Charleston.
