The Space:

Escape to Azaleas on Spring – Suite C, where Charleston charm meets modern comfort! This cozy retreat features a secluded private patio perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King St, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure in the heart of Charleston.



** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites A / B / C each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite C including the patio and driveway. The entrance to the house is on Spring St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles is provided in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• Stairs Required – Suite C is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 3 story home.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Fun Trip

The property was absolutely wonderful. It couldn’t have been better. The location was also fantastic, allowing us to walk to all the King Street and adjacent attractions. The property owners were very accessible for questions.

Beautiful property in perfect location

We absolutely loved staying here on a family fall break trip. The location close to King St was ideal and the property itself was lovely and comfortable. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed—we’ve stayed in tons of vrbos and most are not this well stocked. The hosts provided a super helpful guide to the area and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Street was Perfrct!

We loved our stay at the Azaelas❤️. The location was great, the accommodations were perfect for two couples! We stayed in Suite C with private parking and our own private courtyard! It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting the Holy City!

Very Nice Accommodations

The property was in a great location and having the private driveway was a big bonus. The entire property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to the downtown Charleston area.

We had a wonderful stay with very communicative owners. The location was wonderful, walk able, quiet, and the layout and decor of the place were idyllic. It has a charming historic look, but the structure is actually pretty new, so all of the creature comforts were present. Would strongly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I spent 5 days at Azalea’s. It was very clean, newly renovated and within easy walking distance of many places. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Hosts even provided mini shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Charleston!

Weekend Getaway

The home was wonderful with a great location. The outdoor space was my favorite for cool evenings to sit outside. We had great communication with the owners for any of our questions or needs. If you visit Charleston this is the place you need to stay.

What a great spot!

We took an impromptu trip and stayed at a number of different spots in the Charleston area, ultimately I wish we had just stayed at Tom and Hannah’s place the entire time. It was clean, comfortable, stylish, and located in cool area. Walking distance to whatever you want to see in historic Charleston and there is parking for two cars which is great. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again next time we come back!

This beautiful 2 bedroom VRBO was a great find. It was in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to King Street shopping/dining/bars, City Market, live music venues and more. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great location, great hosts

We loved staying here while visiting with friends and family in Charleston. The property is fully renovated, while retaining its historical architectural charm, with modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and tasteful and functional furnishings throughout. Upstairs bedroom suite in particular is delightful. Outdoor courtyard is well-furnished and inviting, and off-street parking for 2 cars is a great feature in this location. We walked everywhere during our stay. Hosts Tom and Hannah were wonderful - very accommodating and responsive to our needs.
