Newly renovated 2BR townhome in the heart of James Island

One of James Island's Best! Available for 30+ day stays, Halcyon House is centrally located on James Island and is a quick drive to do some shopping downtown Charleston or to catch a wave on Folly Beach. James Island is a kid-friendly community full of parks and sports complexes. James Island County Park is the perfect spot to walk the dog, bike, or a take a pic-nic. There are many grocery stores and shops near by. James Island is full of unique restaurants and local seafood.

This townhome has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry, dishwasher, and barstool seating. The sunroom is a special spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or good book. Downstairs features a full laundry room. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to a screened in balcony. Two macramé swings are kept in the closet that can be hung on the porch to enjoy a nice afternoon. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and has access through the primary bedroom and hallway. The second bedroom features a queen bed.

Halcyon House allows 1 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. There are two parking spots.
