With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We stayed in Charleston for 4 nights with a group of 6 for a girls trip and had the BEST time! House was great and the neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again when visiting Charleston.
This was an absolutely perfect stay! The house was new unlike so may of the downtown homes. The AC worked perfectly and location could not have been better. A+ housekeeping team, the place was spotless!
The house was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is very convenient to everything. Be sure to checkout Island Provisions, Chubby Fish, Mini Bar, Barsa and The Daily! The host was quick to respond and provided helpful suggestions. We will plan to return.
Stayed at this property as a Fall Break getaway with teenage daughters. The house was great - clean and spacious and well-decorated. Main pro though was the location as it was walkable to all the shopping on King Street, and was just super convenient all-around!
We came from all over the country for my daughter’s wedding. The house was in a great location to walk around and explore charleston. We enjoyed sitting around in the living room area. Many friends visited in the mornings and we had space for them all. It was a wonderful VRBO!! Very clean!!
We stayed a quick 1 night, but wish it could have been longer! This townhome is beautifully done, with spacious living space and rooms. The YourPad communication system was quick and helpful. Even got a free bottle of wine from a local shop! The only reason I rated location 4 stars is there’s so much construction going on right now. It was noisy starting at 7:30am. But all in all a great place for any group, including families with small children.
The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, comfortable and clean. The location was close to great shopping and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were helpful and provided everything we needed. No complaints with the check in process and we had no issues during our stay. There’s lots of stairs at the house which wasn’t an issue for our group but may be for others. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The only downside was the construction noise which started early in the morning. We were gone each day during the afternoon and evening so didn’t have to hear it then.
Quaint 4 bedroom in a up and coming neighborhood in Charleston
Overall a great stay. Everything about the house was new and worked well. As described by the management company. The area was a little far away from the major sightseeing destinations in the historic district so unless you enjoy a longer walk, probably better to Uber or plan on driving and finding parking closer to those areas. The only real knock to the location was that due to the ongoing revitalization projects going on in this are, construction noise and traffic was increased. Overall, the noise only occurred during the day time, but it did start fairly early. Not a big deal for our family but important to note for those wanting constant silence. The area the home was at was in a quaint neighborhood, and the shops, restaurants, etc that we in the are were fun to explore. Parking was good for 1 vehicle. In general, my family would not hesitate to stay here again for a trip to Charleston.
Perfect for our week long girls trip to Charleston. We could walk everywhere we wanted go. Ubers were easy also after a long day exploring and shopping. Home was missing nothing that we needed. Host was responsive and very accommodating!
We had a group of friends stay for a long weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and sleeping space for 8 people. Good location, walkable to many bars/restaurants but also very easy to get an uber if needed. Would stay again!
Great place for a group. There were only 3 of us, but could accommodate more. Had an issue with dishwasher not starting, but called property manager before we headed out for the day and when we returned that evening it had been repaired. We enjoyed it tremendously. Only suggestions are some rug grippers to hold down rug corners (to prevent tripping) and a full-length mirror downstairs.
We had an amazing stay. The living and kitchen areas had plenty of seating so our family could gather and be together. Parking is at a premium. There is only 1 parking spot at this location and it was very difficult to find additional parking without paying a ton. There is a parking lot 50ft from this property that charges 25/day. The parking expires at midnight so the fee gets charged again. All of the surrounding streets require a resident parking permit.
We were thoroughly happy to arrive to this spacious home for the 2 days and nights we were in Charleston. It is a very modern and large living space. It worked great to have 3 kids, myself and my friends that are a married couple be able to spend time together, yet still have space to spread out for down time.The location of this VRBO is great for getting out to the various beaches or grocery stores with ease. It’s a short drive down King St to find any number of parking garages that put you in the middle of any direction you want to walk. Communication with the hosts was never an issue at any point, they were prompt when I had questions and always very gracious in their response’s. They even pointed us in the direction of a local specialty shop which was a fantastic suggestion!This home is comfortable and helped make our first visit to Charleston that much better and memorable.
We had a lot of electrical issues, like outlets and appliances not working. It was insinuated that it might be the fault of our group with hair equipment being plugged in, but we weren’t able to really use our hair tools because the outlets really hadn’t been working since the beginning of our stay and we would plug items into outlets to figure out which ones were working or not.They were really helpful/responsive with communicating about this and sent someone over each time we had a problem, just pretty inconvenient is all.
