With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Updated and very clean place. The beds were very comfy. Love that there is a bathroom for each bedroom. Also love that there is a driveway/parking area as we saw some vehicles that were parked on the streets that were towed. Enjoyed our stay there and would stay again if we go back to Charleston.
Your house and location were great. However, Thursday night there was an outside street party of at least 50 kids screaming and yelling until 1 in the morning. Is this a normal occurrence?
Beautiful 1st floor apartment in a great location! Perfect size for family of 5 adults. Short walk to King Street shopping/restaurants. Hope to stay here again on our next visit!

We enjoyed this house as it was close to all we wanted to do. Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean! There is private parking for one vehicle, street parking for extra cars. We would stay here again!

The location is close to all the things we wanted to do in historic district while in Charleston. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We needed to ask the manager a few questions on our arrival and she was prompt and helpful. We recommend this property.
Hard to describe just how perfect this rental is. Three very comfortable updated bedrooms, 3 small but efficient bathrooms. Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and the local tour buses. They even include coffee! Much appreciated.
This was the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the city of Charleston. The location made so many things walkable and was close to lots of wonderful restaurants. Everything was as described, and the place was spotless and very comfortable.
