The Vendue

"The Vendue was in the perfect place to see everything in the area. We primarily walked everywhere but rented a car to see IOP and Sullivans Island. There were lots of great little extras. Plenty of bottled water, muffins and fruit every am, and the hotel is an art gallery as well throughly enjoyed our stay. Great value for the price. Rooms are on the smaller side but we weren’t in it much."

"Loved the breakfast baskets - such a sweet way to start the day! Loved the large rooms - we stayed 6 nights and the space felt very comfortable, like an apartment. There was a laundry unit that we could use if needed. Having a kitchen was great. We didn't cook, but loved the option if we so choosed. Staff was friendly."

"Only cold breakfast available. 24 hour coffee ran out ar 8:30pm. 24 hour pool and gym only open 8am-9pm. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was good. Tuesday night check in staff was polite and apologetic about inconvenience. Breakfast attendant was excellent. "

"Parking was easy and both of the valet that assisted us were very friendly and efficient. The wine and snacks in the afternoon were very relaxing, with a lovely view and very friendly ladies serving. Breakfast was ok each day, but we would have liked a meat option in addition to the quiches and frittatas. The room was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious, but provided very little natural light due to a small window and building directly next door. The location was fabulous for dining and touring."
