"Absolutely amazing! The room was perfect and the staff was so helpful and wonderful. There was an very nice breakfast every morning in the solarium. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the The Restoration Hotel in Charleston! The biggest highlight was the incredibly helpful staff — everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The amenities were exceptional and made our stay feel extra special: a lovely happy hour, late-night warm chocolate chip cookies and milk, breakfast delivered each morning, and a thoughtfully prepared picnic basket with plenty of healthy options. The complimentary Jeep transportation within a two-mile radius was such a nice perk. Jack, Lucas, and H were especially friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way possible. Matthew, the manager, was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression with his attentiveness and hospitality. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. We also loved the rooftop restaurant, The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits — delicious food and a great atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better — just half a block from King Street, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!"

"We only stayed one night however it was really great! The room has some wallpaper that’s getting old and starting to peel but the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was a bit dated and the drain in the tub was slow and my shower was turning into a bath, but the water pressure was good. The breakfast was very nice and the attendants in the breakfast area were really wonderful! The best part of staying here was that they allowed us to bring our two pups! They are our children and we always bring their crates and they are well behaved and house broken. We do not allow them on the furniture. It was wonderful to have the ability to stay in a nice hotel with them. I Hope that I can come back soon and spend more time in beautiful Charleston!"

"I had a great stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was good, and the amenities were exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."
