One of four residences in this 1870s-era historic renovated property, the 1,500-square-foot "Jasper Suite" residence offers you a cozy retreat. Blending the best of old and new, this historic home has been completely refurbished with modern design and high-end appliances, fixtures and furnishings. Enjoy on-site exclusive parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (each stocked with plenty of fluffy towels, Gilchrist & Soames bath products, and a hair dryer), and a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The open, spacious layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room allow you and your guests to relax, mingle, and enjoy each other’s company. This residence is larger in size and boasts amenities finer than the most famous hotel presidential suites.

Wonderful place, amazing location!

We loved our stay in this lovely, well-appointed and comfortable property. The location could not be more perfect -it was close/central to all of the activities Charleston has to offer. Great communication with the host as well. Would definitely book again!

Great spot!

The house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Just steps away for all we came to see and do. Well appointed with all the necessities. We will certainly look to stay there again!

Great location!!

Lovely property, and terrific location. Walkable to most of Charleston restaurants, shops, historic areas, carriage rides, and the market. Could use some luggage racks and maybe an extra towel rack in bathrooms but those are certainly not deal breakers. Would definitely recommend!!!

Location, Location, Location!

Did I say great location? Two blocks from the Market! Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The suite was beautiful! Everything was cleaned and ready for us. Amenities including internet, tv’s etc. The kitchen was well equipped, parking directly behind the mansion, well lit and camera monitored! Andrea was quick to respond to all questions! Wedding Weekend in Charleston

the location was fantastic. my Daughter got married at the Emeline Hotel which was in walking distance. The Condo was perfect for my cousins and I. The kitchen was updated beautifully and the rooms were all large and comfy. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing property in the heart of downtown Charleston!

Lovely suite, tastefully decorated & clean. Great kitchen with all the amenities! Each bedroom has an ensuite, with nice privacy between the rooms. The beds are super comfy with plush linens. Nice towels for the bath, as well. Location is the best! Easily walk to all the great destinations of downtown. The secure entrance into the property was a plus, as well as parking, which is coveted in Charleston. Owner was extremely responsive, friendly and available. We can not wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. The location was perfect and close to everything. The only problem we had was trying to figure out where we wanted to have dinner. There are so many restaurants - it's difficult to decide. Andrea was an exceptional host!!

Such a quiet spot in the middle of everything!

The walkability to everything is amazing! King st, the market, downtown and the batter, the pier….it’s all just minutes away. Endless restaurants. All incredible! It was so clean, everything was new…it was fantastic! Will definitely book this place again!

Great location, comfortable condo.

This is the 4th VRBO we have stayed in while visiting Charleston. It was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. We loved the location and the dedicated parking spot. Wish there were nights stands and lamps on both sides of the bed, and the kitchen could use more towels and a couple pot holders. The price point was higher then we are used to, but we waited too long to look for reservations, so our options were very limited. We would highly recommend this unit if cost is not a concern.

The mansion ( Rm 100) was spotless, very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We did not have to move our car because everything was in walking distance. Andrea was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out later than normal checkout time. Would definitely recommend this location for friends and family.
