This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Charming property with plenty of space and conveniently located. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds extremely comfortable and very nice quality of linens. Communication with the management company was excellent.
Walking distance to restaurants and attractions, Island Provisions was steps away to great coffee, breakfast items, and basics. Place was clean, host was very responsive. Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. This house is great for family or a large group of friends. Close to King Street and very walkable. There were separate spaces as well places to gather and super comfy beds!
I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location—perfect for exploring the area while still being quiet and comfortable. The host was friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The house was spotless & comfortable. I’ve visited Charleston many times, but this was my first stay in the Upper King St area. The neighborhood had a cute coffee shop, sandwich and bar that we visited. I highly recommend this property.
The property is cozy, clean and perfect for a smaller group or those looking for a more intimate space. The parking situation is snug, but it’s manageable for those with smaller cars used to tight spots. Overall, it was a comfortable, charming and centrally located place to stay.

We love the location! We walked to restaurants and entertainment from our front door. King Street was a few blocks away. We would definitely stay there again!
Pros: The home was wonderful and clean and the location was excellent. We walked everywhere or took short Uber rides.Cons:The parking was very hard. You need to have a small car to navigate between homes. Also we would have liked to have somewhere to sit downstairs in the kitchen area. Maybe stools at the kitchen island. My mom cannot walk well and it was hard to have her upstairs with us in the living area. The pictures made it look bigger than it actually was. Espeially the loft bedrooms.
We had a wonderful stay in Charleston. The house was in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house was cozy and clean. We will definitely be back!
There were 8 of us that stayed here for a convention. The location was great as well as the cleanliness. We loved to sit on the second floor after out meetings and just chat about things. The balconies were great for morning coffee and listening to the birds. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Plenty of room to hang and to sleep! It’s nestled in a hot pocket and a coffee shop next door - close to everything! Management was kind & courteous and everything was clean! We will be back! :)
We had a wonderful time. We did not rent a car so we had no parking issues. Very comfortable beds. Our only disappointment was no table for us to eat at (although we were out for most meals) It would have been nice to have a table to sit around for coffee or to play games.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was also close to the free shuttle stops that also made getting around easier. The property was a true Charleston property. It had a nice layout so that all of us had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a nice breakfast place down the street for coffee and bagels in the morning.
My 5 friends and I stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was a perfect set-up for us. The right amount of beds, although 2 people did have to share the king size bed. It would have been nice if the king was one that could have been split into 2 twins but still worked for us. The location is great and walkable for most people. But if anyone in your group has mobility issues be aware you will need to drive to sites in downtown or use a form of public transportation. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We opted not to cook but it appeared to have the necessary equipment. The beds were very comfortable. The floors do have a bit of slope to them but we felt that only added to the charm. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
We stayed here for out annual girls trip and it was such a great location. Very easy to walk over to the entertainment on King Street, but also a great location for restaurants and shops in the area right next to the house.
The owner did a great job of checking in with is and made the entire check-in process very easy. The house itself had very comfortable beds, a great sitting area on the 2nd floor and upper balcony and fill bathroom on each floor. Just know that the top floor will be a struggle for the taller population with it's steep,slanted ceilings. We kept the 5'4" ladies up there and they didn't have any issues.
If you're looking for a fun place to hangout in-between exploring the sights, this is definitely a great spot.

College living?
The location could not be beat, however. This house is kind of like something you would see on a college campus. Very well used. I would not attempt to cook at all (we never even ate here). The only saving grace was that the beds were super comfortable.
This rental was a good location - a short walk from a very happening section of King Street - we went to Jeni's ice cream and passed tons of bars that were really hopping. The driveway is very narrow. We had to fold in both mirrors and drive very slowly with one of us carefully guiding the other into the driveway spot with barely an inch clearance on both sides. The layout of the house is a little funky - kitchen and 1 bedroom on ground floor, living room and 1 bedroom on second floor and then 2 more bedrooms in a low ceilinged slanted loft/ attic. The beds were very comfortable as others have stated. Others have also stated it feels like a college housing and I would agree. I also felt there was a funky smell in the house that bugged me but no one else in my group were bothered by it.
Our stay was great! The home is located in a great location, being so close to island provisions was a plus in the mornings. The property manager was also very helpful and quick to respond when I had to reach out about a lost item. Hope to stay here again!
