This dual setup provides ample space for your group to relax together or enjoy quiet moments apart. Unwind on the oversized sectional in the inviting living room, or gather on the brick patio under twinkling string lights for a BBQ. Our home blends timeless Charleston charm with modern, stylish upgrades, including contemporary art and comfortable furnishings.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30/24 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Please reach out if you have any questions as to the extent of the construction. Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project.

The Neighborhood:

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!



City of Charleston License: This property is legally licensed for short-term rentals. Permit numbers: 06785, 06786.

Air Mattress: A queen air mattress with bedding can be provided upon request for additional sleeping flexibility.

We offer our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the app messenger, text, or by phone 24/7 should you need any assistance or recommendations during your stay. It was in a very good location! I came here on my bachelorette trip and had so much fun with my girls. The only issue I faced was that the windows didn’t lock which was unsettling as a group of girls, but we didn’t run into any problems

Great Place for Group!

This is our second year bringing our 8th grade students to Charleston and we have stayed in this house both years. It is perfect for our group. The host is amazing to work with and goes above and beyond to help accommodate our group. We look forward to staying here again!
