We were visiting town for a concert and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had! The owners were super friendly and our little pup loved the yard.
This was a short respite between CLT and CLE for us and our dog. The place was clean and spacious. The woods and creek were lovely and relaxing!
We went to historic Charleston and enjoyed a nice cold beer and a lovely walk.
Overall we had an excellent stay! It is in a great quiet location, it’s very private and the area is beautiful. I had great communication with the owner, she was very helpful.
The only things I would change is the bed is a little firm for our liking and the windows are not fully covered so there was light early in the morning. It is not stocked well for a long term stay, but it is as so cozy and great for us!
Great stay with our dogs, just outside of Charleston. We were in town for a concert and made a long weekend out of it. Easy Uber rides to and from the city to explore the downtown nightlife. The property was exactly as described, quite and clean. 10/10
Super cute, super clean and super cozy! Property owners are very nice and respond quickly. Water is hot, bath tub is deep, has stove with pots and pans to cook or you can drive a couple minutes and be at lots of yummy places to eat. Close to entertainment. If you’re debating staying here or somewhere else just go ahead and come here, you won’t regret it.
We enjoyed our stay so much at the cozy bear loft! Everything was perfect! It's a great place for 2-4 adults and pets! We really enjoyed the electric fireplace on those cold nights. There are 20 steps up to the loft, but not a problem for us. The rooms and furniture were spotless and we loved all the bear decor! I would recommend this place to everyone!
A lot of care clearly went into this property. Great stay!

Very cute setting. This could have been a wonderful and relaxing honeymoon. We wanted to request more nights at first. Host keeps requesting more money than owed. Not at all pet friendly. Turned into a big nightmare by muddled uninformed host. My advice is don’t do it. If you do, make sure what you pay up front is all you owe. Take lots of pics inside and out to protect yourself.Host needs to be more concerned with customer comfort. We felt we were being watched at all times. It turns out the owners live beside this rental.
This was a perfect stay for a quick overnight on a long cross-country move --but I can see why other guests have loved it for longer stays, too. This is a very cozy loft studio space where I was able to savor the evening and night of my stay and didn't quite want to leave in the morning. No complaints! I'd absolutely stay here again.
The place was very clean, thank you! There was a slight smell of smoke. Was probably a past guest even though signs say no smoking. I was hoping to let my dogs in the small creek but the brush is bigger now than in photos. Also there is a neighbor right there so I can understand why maybe that is not wanted. Balcony is small but the view is very pretty. That big tree by front stairs is gone too. Which I was happy about. :) The bed is very large and decor is super cute. It was nice. We went in town for some burgers and that was very sketchy. I would ask for food recommendations before just blindly following Google Maps. There is a septic smell but only by the parking spot not in the actual house. Overall our stay felt like being in a home. Thank you also for having HOOKS. :)

The photos, description, and reviews were misleading. This place was not pet friendly! Not a pleasant drive into the neighborhood and it was hard to access. If you have anything larger than a small sedan and are arriving at night, not a good choice. You must cross an unmarked, unlit, and hazardous narrow bridge in order to enter the property. We are 3 disabled veterans traveling with our support animals. When we arrived we were greeted with a full dog poop receptacle. Then an abrasive and unwelcoming sign on the front door stating that if there was any trace of animals on the furniture 75 would be charged. When you walk into the STUDIO apartment, even more signs are posted on the walls. This has a king bed and air mattresses w/ no bedding. The property stated dog friendly but did not seem it. We went above and beyond to keep the animals off the furniture and the bed. The next day we were charged the 75 extra on top of the pet and host fees totaling in over 350. Our pets were never on the furniture! I would also like to know how they came to this conclusion. We all drove 6 hours with dogs in the car, of course we are going to have dog hair on us.. Does not sleep 6 unless you would like to be crawling all over one another with zero privacy. The shower had good water pressure. The room stayed warm and property was clean. Overall I do NOT recommend!

Clean but bad odors
Property was clean - but picture not accurate. Narrow little scary bridge to drive onto property - but the worst thing was the SULFUR smell and damp rotting moss smell all around the property. Yuck!! Strong chemical smell of laundry detergent on sheets and towels to try and compensate - plus wet dog smell inside. Cannot recommend this property.
