It was easy to get in and out. Located in a convenient area for market. King St, and Hymanns restaurant. Valet was quickly responsive. All valet representatives were available and nice to talk to.

Lovely hotel, great location. Typical hotel room, comfortable beds. Very good location for exploring historic district and to get easy access to other locations out of town. Lovely welcome drink & snack! Parking in Charleston is odd! Like local car parks hotel (valet only) charges midnight to midnight so even if only staying 1 night you’re paying for 2 days parking - who checks in and out at midnight!?

Location is excellent. I like that it's in the heart of the city, within walking distance of downtown and some attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are outdated and need to be freshened up. I thought that housekeeping took too long in the day to come service the rooms. Finally, I found a cockroach in my room. I hope that is dealt with before it becomes an infestation.

Upon arriving the staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome charcuterie board and drinks were delicious and perfect after a day of traveling. I am not sure if this is a daily thing or we just got lucky. They also have a great bistro onsite which was perfect. We were able to go in grab something quick to eat and have a few drinks during their Happy Hour Bistro and unwind. Entering the hotel there was always chilled cucumber water and chilled towels which were needed on those hot days. Each time we left and came back staff was always friendly and greeted us. Unfortunately we did make use of the pool area due to the rain but it looked like an amazing spot to relax. Great location. When leaving our stay it was very easy and quick to retrieve our vehicle from the valet. We will be back again next time we visit.

Great Hotel, staff and LOCATION!!!! Location is in caps because I was searching for a hotel within walking distance to everything (art galleries, shops, restaurants, rainbow row, the battery, waterfront, open air market) and this hotel is. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They even made excellent dinner recommendations.
