Great home! Very clean with hard surface (LVT) flooring throughout. Plenty of seating and space in the kitchen. The living room furniture was very comfortable with a nice television. All bedroom were nice with excellent mattresses and bedding. The bathrooms had all needed items including individual toothbrushes :) Excellent location with easy drive to Charleston sites. We would stay again and again. Thanks for having a quality home.

Exactly like we imagined and needed!

The house and back yard were exactly like was pictured and was perfect for us for the weekend. The open kitchen/dining area was nice to congregate and the living room had good seating and cozy atmosphere. It was 53degrees when we arrived, but once the heat was turned on, it was nice and cozy! thanks for the opportunity to stay!

Cozy, clean family house

Super cute, incredibly clean home close to all that James Island has to offer. We loved relaxing in the fenced in back yard while our kids and dogs ran around!

Second Time and it’s Even Better than the first!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in James Island. It was very clean. The yard was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and we are looking forward to hopefully going again next year! The host is amazing and is very good at communicating and even allowed us to add on an extra night we were having so much fun

Quiet neighborhood

We have stayed at this rental before. We have returned because the amenities are decent, the neighborhood seems safe and relatively quiet. We appreciate the opportunity to rent a single-story home that allows pets.

Perfect getaway to James Island

We traveled to SC from FL for a wedding. The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. Clean inside and out! Very nice neighborhood. Everyone waves as you drive by. Property is close to everything we wanted to do and the owners even have a recommendation board of things to do and previous guests rate their favorites. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Great location - perfect family home

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect family home. The living room had great seating. It is hard to find rentals with plenty of place for all the adult children to sit. The brown chairs are super comfortable. Kitchen and dining area had plenty of room. We didn’t cook much, but we had everything we needed. The beds all slept great. Bathrooms functioned perfectly. The backyard is large and flat. Our dogs enjoyed being out there with us and playing fetch. Great shade from the trees. The Adirondack chairs were very comfortable. Plenty of driveway parking. The location is central to Folly Beach and Charleston. I went to walk the beach early every morning and less than 10 minutes to be there walking. We would 100% stay again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

This home was exactly what our family needed! A perfect ranch that my mom could get around easily in. I was very impressed with how perfectly stocked this home was. From coffee to tooth paste, they were prepared in case you forgot anything. The yard was spacious and perfect for playing in. We loved it so much, we booked it again for our next trip to the Charleston area. It was a perfect Thanksgiving for us! Thank you!!

Nice, comfortable, clean house in a great location

House was very nice inside, but the grass did need to be cut in the backyard. Front porch chairs should have been washed and the screen was off on the left front window. Also, the trash bin outside had trash from a previous guest, thinking maybe the trash cycle was off. Overall, a 4-star rating. The house was nice, comfortable, and clean in a great location.
