This Folly Beach condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation! This unit offers you the perfect location for Folly Beach as well as the Charleston area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two sets of bunk beds. From the patio you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Folly showcases everyday. You can even see dolphins swimming the Folly River! The condo is just steps from the complex swimming pool, tennis courts, and marina. The property sits on the Folly River and is less than a 15 minute walk to the Folly Beach pier and restaurants!

Beautiful condo with a stunning view!

This condo was perfect for a week-lomg getaway for 4 friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. Check in was a breeze, everything was spotless, comfy beds and spectacular water views. All of the comforts of home, in the perfect location between the city and the beach. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing!

We had the best time at this property for our girls trip! The location made it an easy walk into downtown Folly and a quick drive to downtown Charleston! We saw dolphins every day and the unit was very clean and up to date. The pool was also an added bonus as we didn’t plan to be there much but ended up using it every day. I also left behind by headphones upon check out and Rob was quick to contact me about sending them back to me! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great trip to Folly Beach!

We have stayed at quite a few different properties, and this was one of the cleanest and best-appointed by far. There were many creature comforts (like extra hooks for towels, plenty of blankets, games, ample kitchenware) that made our stay very comfortable. The furnishings were new and up to date.The location was great. We were able to easily walk to Folly Beach to shop and grab a bite to eat. If we come back to this area, we'd definitely consider staying here again!

Stayed a few days for my son’s graduation from navy power school. This place turned out to be perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed, nice location to folly beach and downtown Charleston. We all loved it!

October getaway

Great location to Folly Beach. A short walk to downtown with shops and many restaurants. Half an hour from Charleston. The crowds were gone and it was a great time to go and explore.

Plenty of room for the three of us. Liked two bathrooms and great size kitchen. Clean as a whistle. Would’ve liked bar soaps in bath/shower areas. Otherwise perfect!

Clean and close to Charleston

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the short walk to Folly Beach restaurants, the NYE drone show and the Flip Flop Drop. It was an easy drive to Charleston, which allowed us to enjoy the city without staying in the middle of town during one of the busiest times of the year. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The check in was good, the communication with the owners was good, the place was very clean, and the beds and pillows were amazing. Any issues that arose were dealt with speedily. You will not regret renting this place. It was so convenient to the city, Boone Hall and Patriots Point. It was a great stay.

Fabulous Folly Beach

Very comfortable condo in a fabulous location! It’s an easy and short drive to all tourist things In Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay. Restaurants, bars, beach and grocery stores were within a 5-10 minute drive from the condo. The condo was clean, nice touches and the view from the patio was absolutely Amazing!

Wonderful condo

Wonderfull location on the Folly River with a peaceful view and a short walk into town and the beach. It was also very close to Charleston which we visited several times during our stay. The pool was very nice and never crowded. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities. The only drawback was that it could have been a bit cleaner. Overall it was a great stay.

This was our first time to Folly Beach. We loved the location. Enjoyed the view out the back patio. We saw dolphins several times throughout the week which was so fun to see! We had so much space inside the rental. We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies provided. This unit had everything we needed. The pool was nice also. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Charleston!!!

This place was so nice! It was perfectly located near EVERYTHING! The sunrises and sunsets were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It was so quiet and peaceful and felt like home. The condo was more than adequately stocked with linen, extra blankets, kitchenware, box fans and games! We highly recommend and plan on returning! One of my most favorite vacations I’ve ever been on. Stop looking, book this place now and you won’t regret it!

Girls 50th Bday Celebration

This is the perfect location to walk around Town of Folly and to the Beach. It was also a quick under 10 min uber ride into Charlotte. Very clean and loved watching the dolphin and the boats on the back patio. Owner and Manager very nice and helpful since we had plane delays and late check in. Highly Recommend

Perfect place to stay!

This condo is absolutely perfect! I can't think of one negative thing to say. They have thought of every possible thing you would need to be comfortable while staying. The condo is clean, beds comfy, great layout for a family, amazing location, and the owners are incredibly easy to communicate with. We enjoyed so many things about this condo but our favorite was definitely the evening stroll to downtown folly beach for dinner and sit on the pier, even our kids (teenagers) loved it. We will most definitely be coming back!

weekend getaway

This was a great, clean property. We were very happy with this rental. The location is great if you enjoy a short, very doable walk to town. We loved walking back and forth for breakfast,etc. It is just a short walk across the bridge (scenic), to get to the heart of Folly Beach. You can always drive if you want to! The pool was closed for the season but we did use the tennis court which was a plus for our family. They do have a pickeball net if that interests you. Communications with owner were great! No complaints at all and hope to be back!!
