The Space:
BLUE COTTAGE is a standalone 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a private porch and courtyard. Unlike a condo, you will not have to deal with neighbors above or below. It is professionally decorated and fully renovated. Located on Cannon Street in the design district of Downtown Charleston, it is a short walk from popular restaurants and bars including two James Beard recipient restaurants. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with Fuel, Xiao Bao Biscuit, The Grocery, and The Ordinary, all located within 3 blocks of the cottage. For a morning sweet treat try Sugar Bakeshop just steps away.

The cottage has hardwood floors, two historic fireplaces (non-fuctioning), high ceilings, wonderful natural light, high definition television, washer dryer, and a charming porch and courtyard.

Linens and towels are included. Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, high-definition television, gas range and electric oven, Le Creuset cookware, disposal, fridge, ice maker, pop-up toaster, tea kettle, hookup to speakers, hairdryer, iron & small ironing board, dishes, tea + fresh coffee and grinder, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


There is off street parking in the lot at 65 Cannon Street which is adjacent to the cottages.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am.

Blue Cottage is full of character and perfectly charming.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around Charleston. The cottages are in the heart of downtown, so walking is always a viable and often preferred option. Bike rentals are also a great idea and there are two companies closeby--Affordabike on King St. and The Bicycle Shoppe on Meeting St. There are also dozens of cab companies to get you around town and back and forth to the airport. Lastly, there are pedicab and rickshaw services found on main streets around town. They are a really fun way to see the city that we would absolutely recommend!

Other Things to Note:
All guests staying at Casa Zoë have been granted exclusive access to The Wonderer Charleston. This 2-acre private membership adult only club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Please note: availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.
Any group exceeding 8 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 8+ rent a Cabana.

The Club has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management). Some special events may have varying age restrictions.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
