With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Please Note: This upstairs unit is part of a shared historic home, so some noise from other guests and the surrounding downtown area is to be expected. The 140-year-old property sits close to the street, and bedroom sound machines are provided for comfort. Kitchen appliances are compact, one shower is smaller than standard, and the clawfoot tub may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Guests may enjoy the upstairs porch until Charleston’s 10PM noise ordinance. On-site parking is unavailable Sundays from 8AM–3PM.

This VRBO was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The parking space was just around the corner from the residence and very easy to access. The accommodations were perfect for our group of four. We would definitely stay here again when in Charleston!
We loved everything about this property. Very clean, soft bed and nice linens, perfect little kitchen and mini kitchen in one of the bedrooms, close walking distance to King Street, super management. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Loved being able to walk 2 blocks to use the city bus that gets you to all the main attractions for free. No driving and parking hassle. There are many cool places to eat within walking distance. Also loved coming home after a full day and sitting on the rocking chairs on the veranda. We felt fortunate to find this property.
Great. Location- Easy walk to tho College of Charleston and Downtown. The home is well kept and extremely clean. The owner clearly focuses on guest comfort and satisfaction. I would definitely stay again.
We decided to meet in Charleston for a few day get away. Our daughter and fiancé flew in from NJ and we drove from NC. The rental was a perfect size and we spent a lot of time on the rockers on the porch!It was a short walk to King St., where there are many restaurants and shops. All in all, a perfect weekend!
This VRBO is conveniently located to King Street which made it very easy to travel by foot. The property manager was also easy to contact and assisted me with any problems or questions. In addition, this rental had restaurants and a mini grocery store nearby, which made it easy to grab last-minute items or grab food if we didn’t wanna walk too far or order delivery. Overall would stay again.
This was a lovely home. Small but amazing use of space. We had everything we needed. Didn't drive but walked back and forth to town. They are nice restaurants close by. but a bit of a hike
There is no better way to start the day than sitting in rocking chairs on the front porch, feeling the sun on your face and watching people walk by and that’s what you get at this spot. You can also walk less than 500 feet to get the best bagels I think I’ve ever had!
This property was super cute, very clean, comfortable beds and walkable to everywhere. Highly recommend staying here!
You could not ask for a better location! House was super clean and the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house with the kitchen in the middle which gave it a private suite feel, each with their own bath. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance so no need to worry too much about not being able to park in the driveway, but rather in the church parking lot next door.
Met my son and his girlfriend for a quick stay in Charleston and golf at Kiawah Island. Property is in good location and had all that we needed. Really appreciated have a space near by to park two cars. Easy communication with property owners. Overall a good stay.
