"Trey was great. Easy check-in and could access the house as soon as we pulled up. My family and I enjoyed the big patio with the waterfront view. Very peaceful and calm. Kids loved seeing the wildlife including turtles in the water. Living area is very big which allowed for everyone to relax or play board games comfortably. Overall we are very pleased to have spent our time there. "

"No one reported construction happening on the roof and I was not made away until check in to a non refundable room. Even just during daytime hours, I would have never booked with a toddler knowing construction was happening. The ceiling in the room was disgusting and had major water damage "

"This property was the setting for the wedding of my dreams, and the space itself has a lot of potential and beauty, which made our celebration very special. However, our overall stay was impacted by several issues that made the experience more stressful than expected. Upon arrival, the home did not appear fully ready for guests, and it felt as though cleaning and preparation from the previous stay were incomplete. Throughout our time there, we found ourselves needing to stay alert for additional maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns, which took away from our ability to fully relax. Several amenities were either not stocked, not functioning properly, or unclear in terms of availability or instructions. We were also not informed that the hosts would be present on the property, and unexpected entries into the home affected our sense of privacy. Certain safety concerns, including doors that did not lock and maintenance issues, were particularly concerning during a large event. The pool and outdoor areas were still in the process of being maintained during our stay, which limited our ability to enjoy them. While the wedding itself was incredibly meaningful and memorable, the condition and management of the property did not align with what was presented in the listing. With more attention to cleanliness, communication, and guest privacy, this could be a truly wonderful rental experience."

"We got in late (for us) and were tired from being at a fair all day. There are notes to help and a booklet on the table near the entry way with other instructions. It was chilly at first but between the fireplace and space heater, it warmed up quickly. We had a great time and were very comfortable. I would have liked to use the firepit an jacuzzi, but our schedule didn't let us. It's a beautiful yard!"

"The property was a little quirky, but overall we enjoyed the vacation rental. While we were there we did not use the pool or volleyball court. We did enjoy the spacious living rooms with the couches. The property did have a few spiderwebs and some wasp visitors. The bunk beds were a bit rocky, but overall we enjoyed the home and the property. We would stay at this property again. "
