"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Adequate number of towels were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. A bit understaffed as the hotel was full and there was a bit of a wait at reception. The guy serving breakfast did an excellent job trying to keep up with the demand of a lot of people for breakfast and he was the only one on staff looking after and preparing breakfast. We enjoyed our stay as once we were served everything went smoothly."

"Impressive lobby, nice comfortable room. The pool was crowded and jacuzzi was "out-of-order" one major pet peeve for me. Restaurant seemed very luxury-focused and not interesting to me. Location great, near downtown and across street from the river. Construction all around the hotel on both sides, but as I was there on weekend no noise. Parking was still fine. Generally seemed over-priced for what it offers."
