Já é nossa terceira vez nesse hotel, e sempre que voltarmos a Chapecó, voltaremos a ele. Temos dois filhos e os quartos nos atendem muito bem, são grandes, espaçosos, tem espaço pra berço, mala, carrinho, tudo o que precisar, e de fato muito muito bom ☺️

Useu apartamemto com acessibilidade. Otimo espaco de locomoção no apartamento e banheiro. Obs: - É necessario ser maior o cabo do secador de cabelo - Instalar um rodapé no box de banho, como não tem box fixo, e tem cortinas, molha muito o chão do banheiro, risco de quedas.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho, a ducha um pouco fraca, sem força. Café da manhã tipo Buffet, café de máquina. Tinha ido a uma festa na sexta, saí do hotel às 13h e pra minha surpresa quando pedi pra arrumar minha habitação fui informado que não tinha mais o serviço de limpeza e arrumação, que as camareiras já tinham ido embora. Se vc for se hospedar no Magano, peça para arrumar o quarto antes das 12h.

Gosto muito de ficar no Mogano, é um hotel excelente, sempre limpo, atendimento cortês, fácil localização, fácil estacionamento. As camas são muito confortáveis, o quarto amplo, espaçoso. Cortinas vedam bem e escurecem muito bem o quarto. Quarto silencioso.

Cheguei quinta , OK, pedi serviço de quarto, ok , sexta chegou um time de futebol e além do meu evento o hotel tinha vários outros eventos, resultado, fecharam o restaurante e serviço de quarto extremamente para os jogadores, hotel de 4 estrelas não tem capacidade de receber hospedes fecha , mas mandar hóspede ir procurar um lugar para comer é o fim, hj no último dia , na recepção, tinha inúmeros folhetos de restaurantes e pizzarias, nenhum atendente ofereceu, tudo deslumbrado com um timinho de futebol que nem olhava na cara deles . Não recomendo.

PODIA SER MELHOR

Muito barulho da área externa e dos hospedes dos andares acima. O Apto 307 o qual fiquei a janela é para uma área interna do hotel onde deixam guardado várias cadeiras e o movimento de funcionários é intenso e barulhento. Não recomendo nenhum hóspede estar nesse apartamento.
