"The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchen was clean but I didn’t see any utensils in the kitchen. I hope you guys will provide plates, bowls and cutleries in the room. I didn’t include any breakfast during our stay so I have no comment there. Overall, I’ve always like iSanook and this is my go to hotel when I’m in Bangkok."

"Big rooms which is rare in the capital cities, request a room away from the main road there is work going on and on the top floor. Ideally more washing machines and dryers would be better as it’s shared with a hostel and more chilling out areas. You have to walk quite a bit to the main sights, but there is good street food& coffee shops around. Underground is opposite hotel, we extended our stay by an extra night."

"This hotel and its staff are impeccable. The restaurant’s were utterly fantastic and the service was second to none. Anything you needed they took care of from room service, unbelievable btw, to transportation and what a tremendous swimming pool and staff there. Located right on the river with 2 of their own water taxi’s that would take you where you needed to go. The Peninsula Hotel is a 10 as well as all of its staff. Simply an amazing property, we recommend it to any and everyone. We’ll be back!"

"We stayed in a studio room because this was all that was available and their sister property was all booked. The room is small, very small, but once you get everything organized it works. Beds are comfortable. We were not bothered by outside noise. Lot’s of hot water. It has cosy roof top restaurant provided breakfast, lunch and supper. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak English very well. What is most spectacular is the location. Right on the water, in walking distance to Grand Palace Wat Arun, Wat Pho, There is a hop on hop off ferry station five minutes away. It is in-expensive to buy a day pass for unlimited use. Within minutes you can be a Khao San ( street food site), Chinatown, Flower Market an an iconique shopping center if your into those."
