"The hotel is fabulous, though the degree to which it excels will (obviously) depend on the room type. We booked a double which was in the older part of the hotel, facing the internal courtyard. Not an issue, however, the floor seemed to incline towards the window and the bathroom meant there was only room for one. The roof terrace on the fourth floor is definitely worth a visit if you are not lucky enough to have a room with a view. However, the staff excelled from the front desk to restaurant staff. One in particular deserves mention - Eric. He was extremely polite, attentive and professional during all the breakfasts we had. A definite GoTo for our return."

"I could not have been happier with my stay, my only frustration was that I was only staying the one night and would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my working needs (had to work from the hotel unexpectedly) . The location, facilities and connectivity is just fantastic."

"I went back here for an organised meal. Single room, overnight, with breakfast was small, but I had a good night sleep as it was only booked to avoid an extortionate taxi fare home. The set meal was great, the staff really plesant and attentive. The only downside was two of my courses came late. When it did come I was very happy ."

"We stayed on the 9th and again on the 13th for two separate nights. The first nights room was on the ground floor and suited us perfectly. The second nights room was on the third floor up quite a lot of stairs and along many corridors. We were asked if we wanted help with the luggage, thank you. Although the rooms contained the same elements, it felt smaller as it was in the roof space. It felt hot but a fan was provided. The staff are all lovely, welcoming and helpful and we will continue to return when visiting Guernsey. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. There is parking if needed. Would always recommend this hotel."
