"The staff was extremely professional and kind. The shuttle to the port was fast, efficient and free. The driver was top notch! Rooms were clean and spacious. The provided toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotions) were higher quality compared to other hotels. Breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked. The onsite Starbucks was nice however, the hotel coffee was just as tasty and free. There were a few local eateries within walking distance. The only improvement I would offer is a shuttle to/from the airport would have been nice for as many cruise goers that frequent this facility. "
