""I recently stayed here with a group of four during a busy trip through Beijing and Xi'an, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The Highlights: Service: The staff here are the true standouts. I had a high-end PC component (an AIO cooler) shipped to the hotel while I was away on a side trip to Xi'an. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, coordinating the delivery and keeping the package secure until I returned. Their communication and willingness to assist with logistics made my trip stress-free. Cleanliness & Design: The hotel is remarkably clean and features a sleek, modern aesthetic. After long days of exploring the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, it was a breath of fresh air to come back to such a well-maintained and contemporary space. Location: Perfectly situated for anyone looking to navigate the city. It served as a great 'home base' for our group. Beautiful and inviting reception with mega bookshelf and comfortable reading space, nice room with all the amenities you'll need. Dining area with various options for breakfast, which btw was delicious. "
