"It’s beginning to look a bit dated. Other than that it’s a typical Hyatt! Excellent staff and service. Big props to housekeeping staff (especially Rahul) for prompt response every time we needed extra bottles of water. Morning breakfast (gluten free menu) was also great. Hotel was very good in arranging prompt transportation every time we needed to go out. Loved the Diwali decor and festivities. Very close to a large mall where I could easily get my daily 10K steps!! "

"Staff was very helpful especially Ishvi at the front check in. She was very accommodating in our request. Chef Amit was very hospitable at the buffet. Bellman Gurjant and Harpreet were very welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and has nice facilities such as the fitness centre, spa and dining options. The hotel area is huge and can be smartly utilized- staff needs to hone their social skills, food is overpriced, variety and quality below average, no kids menu. The property should offer opulence and services for the price it is asking!"
