The Hotel is close to everything. We took a grab taxi from the Cathedral everyday and it was a 1 min walk. 12 minutes to the lake. Shopping and food around the corner. Perfect location.

Everything was great. Suggestion to upgrade TV software as YouTube and a few channels were not working. Would be nice to be able to relax a bit after a long day of exploring by watching TV.

We stayed overnight and the rooms were not that clean. We feedback to the staff on the cleanliness issue and when returned later for a 2 night stay, the conditions of the rooms were much better. Overall a good stay. The staff were great and helpful. They quickly made improvements which we appreciated.

"The staff were amazing! Location was great. Thank you Anna for going above and beyond and new manager Alex was lovely. They even kept our luggage while we went to Sapa for a few days. Then transported our luggage to their sister hotel as they didn’t have a room for us when we returned."
