This is not a hotel for a traveler. It’s suited to family vacations in the mountains. No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? Yes, but a 200-meter hike with bags.

Notre séjour c’est très mal passé aucune accessibilité du logement l’état des route catastrophique pas de déneigement sur la station 1 restaurant et une épicerie donc pas terrible du tout aucune place de parking pour les clients la propreté du logement pas terrible du tout les radiateurs à moitié brûlé les porte abîmé le ménage pas fait

Appart était bien placé juste en face de la montagne et également prêt de remonter méchanique. Propre, confortable et bien chauffé. J’ai passé un agréable séjour avec mes petits. Je y retournerai et je vous recommande vivement.

Un super week-end passé au village. Tout est à proximité du logement qui est juste en bas des pistes (location, forfait, école de ski, restaurants, bars, ...). Le personnel est accueillant et sympa. L’appartement est bien équipé.

Mensen daar kennen in het algemeen geen engels. Afwachten in welk apparrement je terecht komt. Kan best op grotere afstand van de piste zijn. Zwembadwater was koud ! En 1 km lopen.

nous avons passé 9 nuits avec 2 enfants en bas age et avons été très satisfait dans l'ensemble. la vue de l'appart est superbe, l'appart est pratique et confortable par contre il faut tout ramener : éponge, serviette, sac poubelles...sur place à 2 minutes à pied une supérette avec tout ce qui faut à des prix raisonnables permet de faire toute les courses possibles le cadre est donc pratique et située dans un environnement très nature, de nombreuses activitées natures et randonnées sont au pied de l'appart bref ce fut un bon séjour malgré la météo pas tous les jours estivales, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture sur place et attention pas de 4G ni de wifi dans les apparts...ideal pour déconnecter

Var okay, men ikke helt som forventet

Var meget skuffet da vi ankom til lejligheden, var ikke helt som forventet. Men standarden var nok passende i forhold til at det kun er et 2 stjernet hotel. Sengen var for korte. Men der var rent og pænt i lejligheden. Fint køkken, men det mest nødvendige udstyr. Udsigten var flot og vi nød den store private overdækket altan, hvor man kunne opholde sig uanset vejret. Der var masser af liv i området og aktiviteter for større børn i dagtimerne. Fine indkøbsmuligheder i en lille lokal butik.

Séjour pour deux nuits, joli village de vacances Mais attention sommes arrivés par temps de neige, une vraie galère, une patinoire pour accéder au logement, loin de l'accueil, inaccessible pour les voitures Je serai modérée par rapport à l'emplacement que l'on vous attribuera Quelques chalets sur le bas sont bien placés par rapport à l'accès aux pistes mais pas tous, quelque uns sont beaucoup trop dans la descente, du coup quand les routes sont enneigés tout se complique

Globalement correct, quelques éléments ne fonctionnant pas, (plaques électriques) et surtout la longue distance entre l'acceuil et le logement le soir et de nuit. Le repérage des logements est très mal fait et les explications fournies à l'acceuil sur l(itinéraire sont erronées.

domaine de l'arselle

l'emplacement de l'hotel est ideal par rapport à l'accès aux pistes et à l'école de ski pour les enfants, par contre beaucoup de bruit...les restaurants du domaine son nuls malgrès une reservation un minimum d'attente de 30 min avant d'avoir une table!
