    Drop your luggage in this cosy apartment located within the L'Arselle residence, in Chamrousse. With its 25 m², it is perfectly optimised to accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for mountain holidays with friends or family. Small but clever, this cocoon promises practical, warm stays full of good memories... all with the pure mountain air as a bonus!

    Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave/grill, raclette maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



    Cabin room: 2 bunk beds (2x1 person 90x190), ideal for children or ski buddies.



    Room: 1 comfortable double bed (1x2 persons 140x190).



    Bathroom: shower, towel rack and toilet.

Points positifsEmplacement stratégique : L'appartement bénéficie d'une excellente proximité avec les pistes de ski.Points négatifs et dysfonctionnementsLes photographies de présentation ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité. Le logement est beaucoup moins grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les visuels de l'annonce et il est plus vétuste et dégradé (notamment la salle de bain).Sécurité défaillante : Le lit superposé inférieur est cassé. L'absence de dispositif de sécurité fonctionnel entraîne un risque d'écrasement ou d'étouffement, le lit pouvant se replier sur l'occupant et le coincer contre le mur.Défaut d'entretien et hygiène : L'état général de l'appartement est moyen et lors de notre séjour nous avons subi une fuite au niveau des WC demandant l'intervention d'un plombier.Logistique inadaptée : L'agence n'a fourni qu'un seul jeu de clés pour quatre personnes, rendant l'organisation quotidienne extrêmement contraignante.Gestion médiocre : Le suivi assuré par l'agence immobilière est inefficace et ne répond pas aux standards professionnels attendus.En résumé : Si vous privilégiez le confort et la tranquillité d'esprit, cet établissement est à éviter absolument. Le rapport qualité-prix est injustifié au regard des nuisances et des risques encourus.
