De passage à Champs-sur-Marne pour un concours le lendemain, nous avons pu apprécier cette charmante maison au coeur de la ville. Tout y est fonctionnel, des petits messages explicatifs attentionnés, parfois à portée philosophique, sont disposés dans les endroits stratégiques, permettant ainsi de se sentir chez soi immédiatement. Le patio permet de partager un petit espace extérieur très agréable entre les deux chambres qui y sont attenantes. Arrivé durant la période de canicule de la fin mai 2026, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur durant la nuit, la végétation et les dispositions des ouvertures sur plusieurs façades garantissant une bonne ventilation. La disposition des pièces est bien pensée et permet de séparer les espaces de vie. La décoration est très soignée et témoigne d'un goût certain. Idéal pour une famille, l'une des chambre étant de style pour enfant, bien qu'un adulte de taille moyenne puisse y dormir très confortablement. Le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture dans l'enceinte de la maison est un plus indéniable. Les échanges avec Jiao ont été très chaleureux et rassurants dès le début.
