Wer das Außergewöhnliche sucht...
Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie den Jahreswechsel in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen. Das Haus ist eine Art Stadtpalais aus der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jhs. welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail erhalten bzw. restauriert wurde. Alles atmet den Charme der Geschichte. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, besonders hat uns die Bibliothek gefallen, in der wir uns abends immer aufhielten. Trotz einfacher (weil noch originaler) Fenster war das Haus nicht kalt, sondern empfing uns mit gemütlicher Wärme. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin/Verwalterin war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Kurzum: Wer das Besondere sucht, und Freude hat an französischem Charme mit viel historischer Authentizität, wird es in diesem finden. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall sehr genossen!

Ein fantastisches Haus
Wir haben einige Tage in dem fantastischen Haus verbracht, entspannt, gekocht, genossen - eine tolle Zeit, auch wenn Champlitte ein wenig verschlafen ist. Dafür gibt es viel Natur und Gray, Besancon oder Dijon sind nicht ferne!

Wunderschönes authentisches Haus
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem sehr tollen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es ist zudem idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge und den Besuch schöner Orte und Städte wie z.B. Dijon und Langres.
Unser besonderes Highlight war, dass wir mit unserem Hund über Silvester dort waren. Um 0 Uhr wurde in der Umgebung für ca. eine Stunde ein wenig geböllert, unserem Hund wurden damit einige Tage Panik erspart.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison exceptionelle
Maison exceptionelle, très spacieuse, aménagement historique. L'accueil était très aimable.
Le paysage autour de Champlitte est joli, le village a un château, mais pas trop d'autres attractions.

Traumhaftes Domizil
Wunderschönes historisches Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Champlitte, 50 m vom Schloss und dem Rathaus entfernt, sauber, groß, sehr gemütlich mit einem herrlichen kleinen abgeschlossenen Barockgarten und Parkplatz für 1 Auto. Wir haben mit 6 Personen den Jahreswechsel dort verbracht und können es vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Der Check-In verlief problemlos, nett und sehr zuverlässig, die Dame sprach zwar nur Französisch war aber sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und äußerst zuverlässig. Das Haus war bereits gut vorgeheizt und gemütlich vorbereitet worden. Es ist absolut entzückend und uns fiel der Abschied sehr schwer. Es verfügt trotz des Alters über alle Annehmlichkeiten, eine hervorragende Zentralheizung, 2 seperate Toiletten, 3 wunderschöne große Schlafzimmer, eine schöne große perfekt ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein Ess- und ein Fernsehzimmer, 2 große Bäder und eine Bibliothek. Alle Räume haben zusätzlich einen großen Kamin. Der Ort selbst hat nur 1700 Einwohner und liegt sehr ländlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer usw) sind allesamt fußläufig erreichbar. Die nächsten größeren Orte sind alle aber erst nach 30 min Fahrzeit erreichbar. Dafür gibt es rundherum viele schöne kleinere historische Orte mit hübschen Schlössern und schöne Wanderwege. Das Domizil ist ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit auf den Land, fernab jeglichen Troubels. Wir waren total begeistert und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit !

Une charmante demeure agréable à vivre.
Idéal pour un passage dans la région ! La maison est magnifique, le jardin agréable. C'est parfaitement propre et la literie est confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine et les salles de bain permettent de gagner du temps. Seul petit bémol l'une des chambres donne sur une route.

Es war eine fantastische Woche in Champlitte. Amélie hat für uns eine Flasche Wein aus der Dorf Winzerei als Begrüßung auf dem Tisch gelegt. Sehr aufmerksam, DANKE!
Das Haus mit Geschmack und authentisch renoviert. Die Küche mit Spülmaschine, reichlich Geschirr, alles was man braucht! Wir hätten gerne länger als eine Woche dort verbracht!!!
Wir empfehlen das Haus von ganzem Herzen!! Wir werden auch wieder kommen!
