About this property

Old-world charm combined with modern comforts in the heart of nature

  • The 390 m² house is situated on 16,000 m² of land with a small pine grove and a natural spring, in the heart of a region renowned for its mushrooms (many travel up to 40 km to visit). Enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature at the summit (1,210 m) of the verdant Livradois region in the Massif Central (Puy-de-Dôme), with magnificent views of the granite mountains of the Forez, dotted with lakes and volcanoes. Admire the beautiful starry nights and the Milky Way without any noise or light pollution. Located 80 km from Clermont-Ferrand with its picturesque city centre, and an hour from Vulcania, Salers, and the Ardèche region, you have every opportunity to enhance your stay.
