Gîte du Val d’Egray – Charming House with Garden in Champdeniers
Located in Champdeniers, this renovated 200 m² former presbytery welcomes up to 10 guests. The house offers 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. A spacious living room is perfect for gathering with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large worktop and a table for eight.
Wi-Fi and TV channels are included. A game room is available for children and adults. With ground-level access, you can enjoy the private garden and open terrace—ideal for outdoor meals (barbecue) and relaxing in a peaceful setting.
The house sits on the Saint James’ Way, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin and the Green Venice, perfect for countryside holidays: picnics, swimming, castle visits, hiking, and cycling. Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, and Futuroscope are about an hour away for day trips.
With local partners, the gîte can host wine tasting evenings with charcuterie and cheese platters, available on request. A marquee with furniture and tableware can also be arranged, available on request.
The gîte is open year-round for long, short, or very short stays.
