The staff, and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is located in an area with wide varity of shopping and dining options. This is a great hotel is you have a pet. There is a huge area to walk pets and plenty of sidewalks to walk along to go to other places around the hotel. The only things that we experienced that was disappointing was the lack of hot water and wishing there was more offered for breakfast like meats, eggs, waffles... other than those two things, we hope to stay there on another trip.

Comfortable beds and basic amenities. Close to the highway for easy access on and off. Plenty of dining and shopping close. Staff was quick to follow up on a concern and made the minor fix. We have stayed before and would again.

Disappointed: Mold Smell from AC and Noisy Guests

I had high hopes that this property would be an affordable and convenient option for my weekly trips to Champaign, but unfortunately my experience was far from pleasant. While the bed itself was reasonably comfortable, the main issue was the air conditioning unit. When it was running, it blew air that smelled strongly of mold and mildew, which made the room feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. Because I checked in very late, I wasn’t in a position to request a room change, but the odor made it impossible to get any real rest. On top of that, the neighbors — who seemed to have at least two if not three rooms — were partying late into the night. Multiple pizza deliveries showed up, with drivers struggling to locate the right rooms, adding to the noise and disruption. Between the poor air quality and the lack of quiet, I finally gave up and left at 5 a.m. after a very restless night. It’s disappointing, because I was hoping this hotel could serve as a regular stop during my weekly travel. Based on this experience, however, I’ll need to look for other options in Champaign.

Plenty comfortable and quiet, which is the main thing. But don't plan on breakfast being much. Cereal was stale. Yogurts were "all gone" at 7:30. Apples were old and stale. Just not a lot there. And what was there was in pretty sad shape.
