Semi-detached house completely renovated. Large living room, kitchen-living room and lounge (1 sofa bed for 2 people 140 x 190 cm). 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 190 which can be combined into 1 double bed 180 x 190 cm). Shower room and separate toilet. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Private parking (2 cars). Terrace and private garden. Possibility to enjoy the owners' swimming pool 500m away at the top of the path and to discover their aviaries with many species. Renovated house of very good comfort combining space and comfort, nestled in the countryside. The vast garden and the large sunny terrace offer ideal spaces for outdoor relaxation. The owner, passionate about horse riding, offers horse rides on picturesque routes and can accompany visitors according to her availability. Just 14 km from Walibi Park and 15 km from Lake Aiguebelette, this cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, on the edge of meadows and forests, at the foothills of Mont-Tournier. Easily accessible by motorway (6 km), it is located between Savoie and Dauphiné, at the crossroads of the Alps and the Jura. Nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails such as the ViaRhôna and the GR9, as well as the varied activities offered in the Savoyard Avant-Pays. The Romagnieu leisure center is 8 km away, and the summer swimming pool 13 km away. Close to the Jongieux vineyard and the shops of Saint-Genix-sur-Guiers. 32 km away is Chambéry, the historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy (City of Art and History) and Aix les Bains 38 km away, a spa town renowned for its lake. Génial

Weekend de Pâques en famille. Hébergement génial, hôtes au top, environnement très calme et apaisant. Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute de leurs locataires et aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons très certainement avec grand plaisir.
