Very nice bourgeois house of about 300 sqm any comfort classified 3 stars prefecture, for 10 -14 people 8 adults maximum and 6 children, in a park of 2800 m ² closed of walls with swimming pool to share with the owners. Beautiful living room with flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen and equipped with dining area overlooking the park, cellar upstairs 4 bedrooms including a master suite with direct access to the bathroom, 2 toilets. A 5th independent bedroom with bathroom and toilet completes the set. Rates are given for 10 people. DEPOSIT 1000 € 48 h before arrival. No pets allowed. Relaxing family holiday

We had a brilliantly relaxing holiday at Nathalie and Luc's stunning property. The house, the pool, the area was perfect for our family and we enjoyed lazy days by the pool, BBQs and trips out to La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin and La Tranche Sur mer which were all within half an hour. Nathalie and Luc were great hosts, giving us all the information we needed aswell as some great recommendations for the local area. We won't hesitate to recommend or revisit.

Gorgeous villa

Beautiful, spacious villa and lovely, helpful hosts. The location served us well for day trips to gorgeous sandy beaches (20 mins by car) and La Rochelle (35 mins by car). For those days when it is simply too hot to be on the beach all day, you can relax by the private pool and hit the beach late afternoon. Boys loved it and the spacious, mature garden means you can always find a shady spot under the trees. We only stayed for a week and wish it was longer. The only bad but is having to come home!

great property, large and cool. nathalie & Luc are friendly and charming hosts , always ready to help with information about locality and where to go. garden very spacious and plenty of natural shade from mature trees. we were a family of 5 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space however the limited bathroom/shower of only one in the main house could be a difficulty with a different mix. also the ensuite bedroom is detached from the main house which may not suit everyone, but it was fine for us. Thank you nathalie & luc for a lovely house in a great location for La Rochelle and the beaches at Tranche sur mer.

A lovely house with lots of space. A few points to note, though, when booking, there are no towels included in the stay, not even bathroom hand towels. Check-in times are very strict and not flexible. There is no key safe option. The owners want to be there to meet you and check the property before you leave. Charges apply if you don’t empty the dishwasher etc on departure. The garden also has joint access with the owners who stay next door. (However, we didn’t see them when we stayed).A nice location, nice house, friendly owners, just a few strict elements that made the stay not as relaxed as it could have been.

Une très belle maison, très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle et grande maison. Les pièces sont nombreuses et spacieuses, le jardin et la piscine aussi et la grande table ronde sur la terrasse permet de faire des bons repas dehors, à 10 personnes. Une 2ème petite terrasse à côté, avec des fauteuils permet de prendre l’apéritif, mais on ne peut s’y asseoir qu’à 5 (possibilité toutefois d’apporter des chaises et de tenir à 10).Nathalie et Luc, les propriétaires, habitent certes juste à côté, mais ils sont discrets, nous ne les avons pas vus du séjour (excepté lorsque Luc est venu nettoyer la piscine 2 fois par semaine, ce qui est très appréciable et planifié dès le début du séjour). Ce sont des gens de bons conseils qui nous ont indiqué les activités à faire en fonction de nos envies.Petit bémol, peut-être, une liste de recommandations de fin de séjour aimantée sur le frigo (indiquant le tarif d’une plancha non lavée ou d’un lave-vaisselle non vidé avant le départ) qui laisse une certaine inquiétude. Mais elle n’est là, en fait, que pour rappeler aux locataires irrespectueux que le ménage effectué après notre départ, n’inclut pas certains points précis énoncés dans cette liste. Car, il faut le souligner, la maison est vraiment très propre et l’on s’y sent bien.

Superbe maison et domaine. Les enfants ont adoré la taille de la maison, la taille des pièces, la piscine, la plancha, le jardin avec sa balançoire et la cabane...Les 2 salles de bain c'est pratique. Les nuits étaient bonnes et les réveils doux, avec un magnifique jardin arboré à l'ouverture des fenêtres. Les hôtes Nathalie et Luc ont été très soucieux de nos questions et de nos demandes. Magnifique séjour à Champagné les Marais

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Luc et Nathalie. La maison était très propre, très grande, et très agréable à vivre pour 2 familles. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine superbe, nous avons pleinement profité des extérieurs avec aussi une très jolie terrasse ombragée, un barbecue et une plancha! Seul petit bémol, il n'y a qu'un toilette à l'étage pour les 12 couchages, qui se situe dans une des deux salles de douches. Les 2 salles de douche communiquant par le haut, cela manque d'intimité surtout quand on est nombreux. Mais sinon, tout était parfait! Luc nous a indiqué les choses à visiter dans le coin, nous avons suivi ses conseils et tout était très sympa, nottamment la visite du marais poitevin en barque!

Séjour à Champagnié

Excellent séjour dans une très belle maison confortable et très bien décorée. Le jardin est très beau avec deux terrasses bien ombragées et très agréables et une piscine. La situation de cette maison est intéressante, proche de La Rochelle, des Sables d'Olonne, des marais poitevins et du Puy du Fou.

Vacances idéeales !

Nous avons été remarquablement accueillis dans cette magnifique propriété par Nathalie et Luc. Notre séjour a été idéal, profitant largement des aménagements enfants (balançoire, toboggan, espace) et bien sur de la piscine, du terrain de boule et de la table de ping-pong. L'habitation est très vaste, accueillante, très bien équipée et aménagée, la région est très agréable, les plages belles, le marais poitevin et La Rochelle à proximité. Des vacances excellentes, grand merci à nos hôtes !

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen. Schöner Pool. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Ca. 20 min bis zum nächsten Strand. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Der Ort ist klein, aber fein. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Mooi verzorgd huis

De woning was perfect in orde, alles is precies zoals omschreven in de advertentie. Er kan niet geparkeerd worden op het domein zelf, maar vlak ervoor zijn er enkele parkeerplaatsen waar je je wagen veilig kan achterlaten. Mooi, ruim zwembad, wel spijtig dat er 's avonds geen verlichting was aan het zwembad. De keuken is voorzien van een grote frigo en diepvriezer. Buiten zijn 2 picknick-banken voorzien, een lounge-zetel had ook wel leuk geweest. Besluit: het is een huis die ik iedereen zou aanraden

Je ne sais pas si ce sont les propriétaires qui sont comme la maison ou la maison qui est comme les propriétaires car les deux sont absolument parfaits ! Le cadre est idyllique, Nathalie et Luc sont des hôtes accueillants, bienveillants et accommodants, la maison est idéale (piscine, espace, parc, équipements, literie etc...)Il y a tout ce dont on peut rêver pour passer un séjour idéal en groupe (famille, amis). Nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, les environs permettent de satisfaire aisément toutes les envies et aspirations. Merci à Luc et Nathalie.

DE fabuleuses vacances dans une fabuleuse maison

Nous avons passé une semaine tout à fait idéale chez Luc et Nathalie. Tout y est, la maison... une merveille, la piscine et le parc autour, les chambres, la table sous les arbres... De très belles prestations et des hôtes d'une vraie hospitalité naturelle. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région, La Rochelle, le Marais Poitevin... Nous reviendrons sans doute!

Beautiful home, perfect for a large group.

We had a fabulous stay at Natalie and Luc’s property. They were great hosts and communicated well through the booking process. The children loved the pool, and used it a lot. The younger children also loved the swings.There were 13 of us in our group and the house was larger enough than none of us ever felt on top of each other. Their facilities are great and everything was there so our stay was easy. We enjoyed the near by beaches very much, and a day in La Rochelle was lovely too. I would recommend anyone to stay at Natalie and Luc’s house, we had a great holiday.

Très beau parc et maison ayant beaucoup de charme. Quelques points à revoir cependant : la piscine n'est pas chauffée, ce qui est gênant dans cette région ; des problèmes d'odeurs d'égouts dans la dépendance qui accueille une petite suite; les voitures stationnent sur un parking public à côté de la propriété et non dans celle-ci.

Fantastic house and location

There were only 6 in our party (4 adults and 2 children), so the house was obviously more than big enough, but with it's beauty, decor, and grounds with pool, the house was the obvious choice for a relaxing time. And it did not dissappoint at all, with every hour spent at the house extremely relaxing. The owners, Natalie and Luc were very welcoming and made plenty of suggestions on where to visit in the area. Trips to La Rochelle, Tranche Sur Mer, and Isle de Re, where all only 30-40 mins by car, and highly enjoyable. The village has a very good restaurant, local shop, and small supermarket, so if you wish to, you can be very happy staying within its area. Lucon is only 10 mins by car, and provides larger town facilities, including 2 hypermarkets. The only minor downside for larger parties could be the single bathroom. Whilst being functional and well decorated, with bath, shower, double sink, and toilet (there's a second toilet downstairs), it was manageable for our party size. We had a fantastic holiday, visiting this region of France for the first time, and certainly left without accomplishing everything, so definietly plan to visit again, and would not hesitate to stay at this fantastic house again.
