This charming semi-detached cottage is a true haven where you can retreat into nature after enjoying the many activities the valley has to offer, all while staying close to city centre Chamonix. You’ll especially appreciate the kitchen amenities, the terrace with a view, and the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom—all designed to help you make the most of your stay. Hiking trails are nearby, including one leading to the Dard Waterfall. Parking is included. Welcome home!

This 45-square-meter mazot, spread over two levels, consists of the following spaces:
> Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area. Access to the terrace to enjoy sunny days
> Above the dining/kitchen area, you’ll find the master bedroom on the mezzanine, with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine)
> Comfortable living room with Wi-Fi and a projector to enjoy your content and streaming services (via Google Chromecast)
> Above the living room, you’ll find the second mezzanine bedroom, featuring a double bed
> A second full bathroom completes this property (shower, sink, toilet)

The Parc de la Yagire is a small, quiet condominium complex at the entrance to Chamonix, at the foot of the Mont Blanc range, consisting of small chalets known as “Mazots” in Savoie. It offers the perfect balance between the authenticity of mountain homes and modern comfort. Just around the corner is a small trail that takes you straight into the mountains—perfect for hikers.

A parking spot in the driveway is available for your use. Ideally, you should bring your own car, which makes things much easier. However, it’s also possible to walk to and from city centre (though this can be more difficult in winter if there’s heavy snow). It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station. To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30–40 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour and 15 minutes to Geneva/Annecy.
