This chalet is one of the valley's rare gems. Ideally located in the quiet Pélerins district, you will enjoy the breathtaking view from your terrace. The comfort of its fully-equipped interior guarantees many souvenirs with your loved ones. Particular care has been taken to decorate this recent property. Shops, activities, transport and Chamonix town center just a few minutes away. Car park included. Welcome home!

Located on two levels, on the first floor you'll find
> Entrance with small laundry area (washing machine)
> Living room with corner sofa for 4 and 84cm HD TV.
> Dining area for 6 people
> Open-plan kitchen with a wide range of equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc.) and counter space for socializing.
> Terrace with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc range (dining area, deckchairs, outdoor furniture, skiroom)
> Bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)

Upstairs is the sleeping area with two bedrooms (queen-size bed), each with its own workspace and unforgettable views. A toilet completes this floor.

During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Chamonix's Pélerins district is known as a quiet residential area close to the center. It is much sought-after by regular visitors. It offers incredible views of the Mont Blanc chain and the Brevent mountain range on the other side, while remaining ideally accessible:

> A few steps from Lac des Gaillands, its climbing wall, hiking trails, children's activities, etc.
