Ideally located in a quiet street and in the center of Chamonix, here is a beautiful 2-bedroom duplex of 63m2, all cozy and freshly renovated in December 2022.
On the lower level you will find the entrance, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a toilet and a large balcony offering a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.
On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 cm), 1 bathroom with washing machine and WC. The accommodation has a private parking space at the foot of the residence. The apartment is clean, family-friendly and functional.
The combination of location, interiors and stunning views of Mont-Blanc makes this apartment a fantastic option for families and friends.
The building and the apartment are non-smoking areas and pets are not allowed.
A 500 euros damage deposit link will be sent to you via Swikly 14 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful views in the heart of Chamonix. Easy walking to many food options and the Aiguille du Midi. We visited in summer and it was a bit warm upstairs but opening the window offered a breeze and the sound of the river.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre ville, agréable à vivre, propre, bien décoré avec une très belle vue sur le Mont blanc. Balcon appréciable avec cette vue.Le seul reproche serait la qualité de la literie dans les 2 chambres.
