  • A cosy 67-square-meter apartment ideally located in Chamonix, just a short walk from the heart of town and its many activities, so you can enjoy its vibrant atmosphere year-round. You’ll appreciate the peaceful surroundings, the view of Mont Blanc, your private parking spot in the heart of town, as well as the well-equipped kitchen and the comfort of the bedrooms. Close to shops and public transport. Perfect for families—all you have to do is enjoy the flavours of Savoy, and we’ll take care of the rest. Welcome!

    This apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building, consists of the following rooms:
    > Entryway with a ski locker for the winter season and various amenities (vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.)
    > Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.).
    > Living room with dining area (seats 4), breathtaking view, and a balcony to enjoy sunny days. TV & Wi-Fi. Fireplace bricked up.
    > Two lovely bedrooms with views, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (80 cm)
    > Bathroom (bathtub, sink)
    > Toilet

    Close to all shops and with a shuttle/bus nearby. Ideally located between the heart of town and the great outdoors. Right outside your residence, you’ll find hiking trails, an ice rink, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and more. Enjoy the luxury of peaceful surroundings and unobstructed views of the Mont Blanc range while being right in the city centre—with the added bonus of parking access. We look forward to sharing our favourite spots and activity recommendations with you.

    Chamonix city centre is a 5-minute walk away. It’s easy to reach Les Praz de Chamonix by walking along the Arve River in 10–15 minutes. QC Term and the Sports Centre are just a few steps away. There’s also a bus line (Vallot stop). A private parking space in the residence’s car park (outdoors) is available for guests arriving by car. To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30–40 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour 15 minutes to Geneva/Annecy.

Fantastic location and apartment

Great apartment in the centre of the town. 8mins walk to the learner slopes…our 11 year old had no problem walking there in her ski boots. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Had some of the best nights sleeps for years!Would highly recommend.
