Cordee 331 is a brand new luxury apartment featuring floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to create light and airy living spaces that take full advantage of the surrounding mountain views. Situated in a peaceful residential location of Chamonix Les Praz, the apartment is a 2 minute drive from the village and Flegere cable car or a 5 minute drive from Chamonix centre. With access to a fabulous spa and games room with pool table, this residence offers the perfect place to unwind on your holiday.

OUR OPINION

We find Cordee 331 to be one of the best placed apartments in the La Cordee Residence. The spacious, elegant interior has the feel of a boutique hotel which adds that bit of sophistication for those looking for a superior property. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking looking towards the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and the Bosson Glacier. The other fantastic and unique thing about this apartment is that it has access to a full range of spa facilities and a games room year round.

We loved the walk-ability and amenities of Cordee. Kids will love the pool and game room. Town is just a quick walk away!

Great property, wonderful amenities and close to town. 5 min ride to Les Praz Gondola. 8 min to grocery store in town for supplies. Property was well equipment for all our needs with 4 bedrooms and 4 bths. The views were also incredible of Mont Blanc.

Comfortable and clean with an amazing view!

Sipping coffee from the deck while gazing at Mont Blanc was one of the highlights of this property. The kitchen is very well stocked and the living areas very comfortable. It was nice to get away from the crowds in the village center as there was a huge marathon event over the weekend. I made a daily trek to L'Epicerie for fresh bread and pain au chocolate. The pool/hot tub was nice after hiking in the alps. I would definitely recommend this condo for the view alone!

Upscale Accommodations

Our group of four really enjoyed our week’s stay here! The apartment has been recently updated in a tasteful, upscale fashion. The main seating area is well laid out and very conducive to group socializing. Lots of window space throughout lends itself well to spectacular Mont Blanc views from just about every room! We had a car to access the various ski resorts, and parking was readily available. And just a 3 minute drive from town. Would definitely stay here again!
