Lutetia apartment is a perfect home from home location, ideal for groups who want to be right in the centre of Chamonix. This unique Chamonix property has many traditional features including arched doorways, stained glass window, cast iron radiators and panelled walls and ceiling.
The three bedrooms in this apartment can sleep up to 8 people, the master bedroom has a double bed with a small balcony, the second bedroom has two single beds and both these rooms look out the back of the property over a quiet residential area, so perfect for a good night's sleep despite Lutetia apartment's central location on the pedestrianised main street. The third bedroom has an ensuite shower and sink and has two adult sized bunk beds so can sleep up to 4 people. There is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink, and there is a separate toilet.
The living/dining room is spacious with two sofas surrounding a wood burning stove, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day on the mountains, while the dining table located next to the kitchen seats 8-10. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, perfect if you want to eat in or out at one of the array of restaurants on your doorstep. There is an underground parking space at the building next door.
This Chamonix property benefits from four small balconies on three sides of the building so you can choose: relax in the quiet looking out the back of the building and overlooking the Chamonix ski jump from afar, or you can be in the thick of it, watching the start of the UTMB or the street party at New Year from the front.

We chose this property based on location and the capacity to accommodate 6 people. The only things needing attention were a few of the internal windows that couldn’t properly shut, and the bathrooms need to be renovated. Aside from these minor things the property was great as our base to explore this corner of the French Alps in winter.

Group ski holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. A good size for 8 people in a fantastic location (looking onto Mont Blanc) and only a short walk to the bus stop that takes you to the various ski slopes available. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend.

Great location
Great location on the main high street. Parking is in next building over, don't take a big car and it is only 1 spot. Apartment is large and very functional for a group or large family. Would recommend staying there for anyone. Street can be busy and noisy at night. Great view and good facilities

It is a bit noisy at night for the bedroom next to the main door as there is "The Pub" just beneath.

Prestation très décevante
Propreté des lieux et locasiton du bien très bien.
Mais c'est tout, pour le reste, c'est juste une grosse deception ; cet appartement est une passoire thermique, les huisseries sont d'époque et laissent passer le froid à outrance, les finitions sont d'un autre monde (radiateurs maintenus parune cale de bois, fissures bien bien visi le dans la sdb, angle de baignoire réparé au scotch....bref j'en passe et des meilleures).
En gros le prix n'est pas justable uniquement grace a l'emplacement.... à fuire!!!!
Appartement tres bien situé et tres pratique.
Agence tres efficace et très reactive à chaque demande.

Old style house in the center of Chamonix, but a refurbishing is needed. The second bathroom is very small.

Appartement idéalement situé, très agréable a vivre, confortable et bien agencé pour 2 familles de 4 personnes :)
Juste un bémol concernant la taille de la 2ème chambre pour adultes bien inférieure a celle de la 1ère et qui devrait être spécifiée dans le descriptif de cet appartement.
