The aparment was clean, tidy and well prepared. The furniture is nice and comfortable.
Unfortunately everything is a bit dated.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr hübsch!
Insgesamt ein sehr gemütliches, sehr gepflegtes Apartment. Leider sind Teile der Einrichtung inzwischen doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bedürften der Modernisierung (70er Jahre Ofen, fehlender Wasserkocher, Besteck...).

Emplacement 5 étoiles, mais...
Nous donnons 5 étoiles pour la situation exceptionnelle dans cette petite résidence agréable à 100 m du plein centre ville et de tous les commerces. Mais nous ne donnons que 2 étoiles pour l'équipement général de l'appartement dont le propriétaire ne fait visiblement aucun effort pour le moderniser, l'équiper et le rendre plus agréable pour justifier son prix.

Bien équipé, confortable, en centre ville, idéal
nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Chamonix en partie grâce à cet appartement très bien placé, confortable et très bien équipé pour la cuisine. Les lits sont confortables, les couettes chaudes. Garage fermé idéal servant de casier à skis. Salle de bains très bien. A améliorer : bien qu’ils chauffent correctement, les radiateurs type « grille-pain » mériteraient d’être remplacés par des plus modernes, pour encore plus de confort et économiser l’énergie. Nous reviendrons sans problème !

Good central apartment with all the basics
Overall an apartment well located to the town and the lifts which was ideal. Nice clean apartment and perfect for our 5 day trip.
Only area to note were towels, bedding and bed sheets had to be paid as additional which was not noted on the listing and only found out after confirming that the Co. managing requires extra.
