it is inexpensive for
a reason but excellent location that is true and the worse part is the noise but at least they stop around midnight .

Well equipped but noisy
Typical small compact studio apartment. Well equipped kitchen but unfortunately it is above a pub that is allowed to play very loud music until 2 am. On Friday and Sat nights. Other drunk people tend to drink and shout. I would recommend good earplugs .perhaps the owners could ask for a midnight noise curfew as applies in residential areas in other parts of Europe. There was abundant dog mess in the square. Perhaps this could also be mentioned to the authorities.

du bon et du moins bon...
- : Petit studio qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement (sols, meubles...) Bars assez bruyants jusqu'à 2h du matin sur la place juste en dessous + : bien situé et idéal pour aller randonner en montagne la journée et n'y passer que la nuit !

Mont Blanc a colazione
Monolocale perfetto per due persone sportive, che escono per tutto il giorno e cercano L’ essenziale,la posizione è eccellente con una stupenda vista ed è tutto vicino. Unico problema trovare un parcheggio gratis a lunga sosta.

perfect position
6 minutes walk from the centre with a view from the balcony of the Mont Blanc glacier good shops and restaurants down below, the bakery at the xxx is second to none with a gorgeous quiche lorraine in the evening and pain au raisin in the morning.

Peu pratique , peu confortable c'est le strict minimum mis à disposition. L'appartement dispose d'un simple vitrage ce qui permet au bruit de ne pas être couvert car en dessous il y a plusieurs restaurants et bars. Les gens font la fête jusque 2h30 du matin. Ceci est gênant et ce simple voitrage en hiver doit être horrible... du moins j'imagine.

The apartment was good value for money in my opinion. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The only thing to note would be how uncomfortable the beds were, a single layer of foam in my case didn’t make for a good nights sleep at all.

Das Zimmer hat eine super Lage - Man ist schnell in der kleinen Innenstadt von Chamonix und kann Skibus-Haltestellen sehr gut erreichen. Auch Supermärkte, Cafés und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausrüstung des Apartments lässt allerdings leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist empfehlenswert, Müllbeutel, Geschirrhandtücher u.Ä. selbst mitzubringen.
